1. BOOKING |

You may book your holiday by phone, e-mail, fax or letter. Minimum stay: 3-7 days according to the periods. |

2. PAYMENTS |
|
Reservation deposits and booking charges must be paid at the moment of the confirmation by bank transfer or online. The bill must be settled at the cash point within 2 days from arrival from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00 |

3. BOOKING CANCELLATION |
|
Cancellations have to occur by letter, fax or e-mail. In case of cancellation, 80% of the pre-paid deposit will be refunded except for the booking charges. No refunds will be paid to clients who cancel their bookings during the 30 days before the start of the booked period, or who fail to arrive. |

4. ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE |
|
Villino/Bungalow/Flat: Saturdays during the high season, every day during the low season.
Arrival from 16:00 to 22:00;
Departure: from 8:00 to 11:00.
Arrival Camping: from 07:00 to 22:00
Departure Camping: from 07:00 to 12:00.
N.B. The whole booked period will be charged, even in case of delayed arrival or early departure. |

5. SECURITY DEPOSIT |
|
At arrival the guest must pay a security deposit of Euro 100,00 for each unit. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure after the final control as far as the units are left tidy, clean and without any damage. |

6. FINAL CONTROL |
|
At arrival the guest must check and confirm the inventory. The time of check out must be communicated to the reception the day before leaving to book the final control and the keys delivery. The final control will take place from 8:00 to12:00 or 15:00 and 20:00. |

The entry to the Village involves the full acceptance of the Camping-Regulations and any new regulation issued by the Management at any time. |
